José Carlos de Porangaba Martins, better known as Martins de Porangaba (born April 20, 1944, in Porangaba, Brazil), is a renowned Brazilian painter, draughtsman, and printmaker. His work is widely recognized and represented in numerous prestigious institutions such as the Pinacoteca do Estado de São Paulo, the Museu de Arte Contemporânea de Campinas, the Centro Cívico de Santo André, the Divisão de Museus e Arquivos Históricos de Taubaté, the Pinacoteca Sambra, the Pinacoteca da Prefeitura de Piracicaba, the Pinacoteca of the Brazilian-American Cultural Institute, and the Spor 1 Gallery Remisen Brande in Denmark.
