Zimmermann

Zimmermann (1952) is a prominent Brazilian painter, draftsman, and printmaker. He began his artistic studies at Guido Viaro’s renowned studio in Curitiba, from 1967 to 1969. Later, in 1974, he further refined his skills under the guidance of the esteemed artist Carlos Scliar in Cabo Frio, Rio de Janeiro. Throughout his career, Zimmermann developed a unique visual language, characterized by a deep exploration of forms, colors, and textures. His work reflects a constant quest for innovation and a keen sensitivity to detail, establishing him as a significant figure in contemporary Brazilian art.
