Ruben Esmanhotto

Ruben Esmanhotto (Curitiba, PR, 1954 - Curitiba, PR, 2015) was a talented Brazilian painter and printmaker. Between 1966 and 1969, he attended the Escola Livre de Artes at Colégio Estadual do Paraná (CEP), where he began to develop his technique and artistic style.

His works are characterized by depictions of mansions, still lifes, and marine environments, showcasing a deep appreciation for the details and beauty of these subjects. His art captured the essence of the places and objects portrayed, conveying a sense of nostalgia and serenity.

Sadly, his career was tragically cut short in 2015, when he passed away in a traffic accident.
