Jean Araújo

Jean Araújo is an artist renowned for his exploration of optic painting, utilizing a play of light and shadow through geometric shapes such as circles, squares, and rectangles. With a restricted color palette, his works deceive the viewer's eye and prompt reflections on visual perception. Araújo employs a variety of supports, including cotton fabric, metal, wood, and paper. His work has been recognized in several individual and collective exhibitions, as well as selected in various art salons, where he received acquisition awards.
