Florian Raiss

He is a multi-talented artist who has worked as a draftsman, painter, multimedia artist, sculptor, and intermedia artist. His artistic education is robust and international. From 1973 to 1975, he studied painting at the prestigious Academy of Fine Arts in Rome, Italy, where he honed his classical techniques and developed a deep understanding of European aesthetics. Subsequently, from 1975 to 1977, he expanded his artistic scope by studying drawing under the guidance of Gilberto Aceves Navarro at the Academy of San Carlos of the University of Mexico, in Mexico City. This period was significant as it provided him with an immersion in the rich artistic traditions of Mexico and an opportunity to explore new expressions and artistic media.
