Erica Ferrari

Erica Ferrari (São Paulo, SP, Brazil, 1981) is a Brazilian artist who lives and works in São Paulo. She graduated in Fine Arts from the University of São Paulo in 2008. Since 2005, she has participated in exhibitions both in group, with the collective Hóspede, and individually. Ferrari's work has been recognized at various art salons, including the 61st April Salon in Fortaleza and the 68th Santo André Salon, where she received the Acquisition Prize. She was a resident in the Open Studio project at Casa Tomada in 2010.

In 2011, she took part in the 36th Art Salon of Ribeirão Preto, receiving another Acquisition Prize. Sponsored by the São Paulo State Secretary of Culture through the Cultural Action Program, she developed the 'Imaginista Panorama' project. Her work was exhibited individually at Emma Thomas Gallery and at the Palácio das Artes in Belo Horizonte, and she participated in the collective exhibition 'New Brazilian Sculpture' at Caixa Cultural in Rio de Janeiro.
