César Gabler

César Gabler (born in 1970) is a renowned Chilean visual artist who holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts, with a focus on painting, from the Catholic University of Chile and a Master's degree in Visual Arts from the University of Chile. He teaches drawing, painting, and art history at Monte Tabor and Nazaret College, as well as at Finis Terrae and Catholic Universities. Additionally, he coordinates and teaches in the postgraduate Illustration program.

Since 1999, Gabler has regularly exhibited his works in Chile and abroad. Notable exhibitions include "La Catedral del Mañana" at Espacio H (2013), "Jotes de la Memoria" at MAC Valdivia (2014), and "La Último Ópera Rock" at Sala Gasco Contemporary Art (2015). In 2015, he published the artist's book "La Catedral del Mañana" and is currently developing a research project on contemporary drawing in Chile, funded by Finis Terrae University. Gabler also contributes as a critic to La Panera magazine and hosts the show ¿Los Artistas No Saben Hablar? on ARTV.
