Ana Holck, born in 1977, is an esteemed artist based in Rio de Janeiro. Her education in Visual Arts provided her with a solid foundation to explore and push the boundaries of artistic installation. Since the beginning of her career in the 2000s, Ana has stood out in the Brazilian art scene for her large-scale works that often recontextualize public and architectural spaces.

Among her most impactful installations is "Elevados", presented in 2005 at the Paço Imperial. This work transformed the perception of space through structures that challenged conventional notions of architecture and sculpture. In 2010, Ana continued to explore the possibilities of interaction between art and space with "Bastidor" at the Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil, and "Splash" at SESC Pinheiros. Both installations were critically acclaimed and celebrated by audiences for their ability to create new visual dynamics and immersive experiences.

Ana Holck is also known for her commitment to material and technical innovation, using a variety of media and materials in her works to question and expand the boundaries of the artistic medium. Her contribution to contemporary art is marked by continual experimentation and a constant dialogue with urban and social transformations, making her works relevant in both local and international contexts.
