Tivo Scott
Since childhood, there was an essential rule in my house: to travel by car with the family for 15 days, at least once a year. These trips shaped my relationship with nature, my worldview, and my values in general. Photography entered my life organically, initially as a tool for observing what was presented to me and gradually becoming a space of expression where I could externalize my thoughts.
I see photography as being composed of two main elements: the body and the soul. The body is what is seen, the aesthetics, the material, the concrete. The soul, on the other hand, is what pulses within this body, the life behind the inanimate matter, the subjective. Whether it’s a feeling, a reflection, a moment, or the simplicity of passive observation, through my work, I strive for a balance between these two parts of photography.
Through my lenses, I capture the essence of stunning landscapes, fleeting moments, and everyday beauty. My photographic approach is deeply influenced by childhood travels, where the connection with nature and the exploration of new horizons were essential. Every click is an attempt to capture not just the image but the emotion and the story behind it.
My photographs have been exhibited in various galleries and publications, and I continue to explore new forms of visual expression. With a keen eye for detail and a deep respect for nature, I seek to inspire others to see the world through a lens that values both the tangible and the intangible.
