Claudia Hamerski

Claudia Hamerski, born in Seberi, RS, is a visual artist living and working in Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil. She holds a Master's degree in Visual Poetics from the Graduate Program in Visual Arts at the UFRGS Arts Institute. Claudia has specialized in Art Pedagogy from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2012) and holds Bachelor's degrees in Visual Arts focusing on Art History, Theory and Critique (2010) and Drawing (2006) from the same university. Her artistic research focuses on Visual Poetics and explores creation processes. She has significant experience in the field of Arts and Education, particularly in drawing, art theory, and critique. Claudia works on themes such as landscape, creation processes, drawing, photography, scale, magnification, repetition, and in education, she is involved in educational projects including mediation, training mediators and teachers, and teaching art in non-formal spaces.
