Luhly Abreu was born on December 20, 1967, in São Paulo, Brazil. A multidisciplinary visual artist, he works across painting, sculpture, and installation, exploring a variety of techniques, materials, and artistic languages throughout his career.

His artistic practice is characterized by experimentation and the use of diverse media, contributing to the development of a multifaceted body of work. Throughout his career, Abreu has participated in solo and group exhibitions, presenting his work in a variety of venues and projects in Brazil.
