Maria Polo

Italy - 1937 - 1983

Produce stained glass, drawings, paintings and engravings.
She studied at the Art Institute of Venice between 1949 and 1955. Four years later, she came to Brazil. Where, she began to work on an individual exhibition at the invitation of Pietro Maria Bardi. In the 70's, she started to work with tiles and execution of vitraux.
In 1959, she exhibited her work at the São Paulo Museum of Art. Participated in the São Paulo Biennial of 1963. Maria Polo, also participated in several collective and individual exhibitions in Brazil and abroad (United States and Europe).
