Felipe Cohen is a Brazilian illustrator and sculptor born in São Paulo in 1976. In the year 2000, he graduated with a degree in illustration and sculpting from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP, São Paulo, Brazil). During his time at university, he worked at the Centro Cultural São Paulo (CCSP). In 2001, Cohen was selected to participate in an exhibit program at CCSP, his first presence in an art show.

In 2002 the artist had his first solo exhibition in São Paulo. In the same year, Cohen participated in the opening show at Espaço Virgílio (now Galeria Virgílio) where he also exhibits his work in solo shows in 2004, 2006 and 2008. Cohen also presents solo exhibitions at Centro Universitário Maria Antônia (CEUMA) in São Paulo in 2006 and participated in the Rumos Itaú Cultual Artes Visuais from 2008-2009. In 2009 he has exhibitions at Galeria Marília Razuk and Anita Schwarz Galeria in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.

In 2009 Cohen wins the Banco Espírio Santo prize at the SP Arte fair, putting his work in the permanent collection of the Pinacoteca do Estado de São Paulo. In 2010 his works are presented in a solo exhibition at Arco_Madrid.
