Eduardo Haesbaert

Eduardo Haesbaert

Eduardo began his journey in visual arts at the ASPES School in Santana do Livramento in 1980, initially focusing on general fundamentals before discovering his passion for engraving. In 1986, he moved to Porto Alegre to enhance his skills at the City Hall's Atelier Livre, where he specialized in metal engraving until 1989, a technique that required not only artistic skill but also technical precision.

During this period, Eduardo deepened his knowledge and technique under the guidance of renowned teachers and collaborated on various projects that broadened his understanding of artistic printing. This experience prepared him for a significant role in his career: from 1990 to 1994, he worked directly with Iberê Camargo, one of Brazil's most important artists, as a technician and printer. This collaboration not only enriched his technical repertoire but also immersed him in the nuances of the creative process of a great master of Brazilian art.
