Is a prominent visual artist born in Belo Horizonte, where he lives and works. He graduated in Social Communication from PUC-Minas and in Visual Arts, focusing on drawing and sculpture, from the Escola Guignard, UEMG. Cançado's work primarily explores sculpture and spatial drawing, creating works that challenge material and spatial perceptions. His sculptures often suggest a transformed materiality, while his spatial drawings extend lines and vanishing points, adding a dimension of virtuality.
