An Icon of Fashion and Portrait Photography

His excellence was recognized with two awards from Editora Abril: best color photo of the year in 1981 and best photographic production in 1983.

In 1996, the National Museum of Art in Rio de Janeiro honored Antônio Guerreiro with a retrospective of his work, celebrating his significant contribution to Brazilian photography and his unique ability to capture the essence of his subjects.
